We installed a forward-curved centrifugal fan in our new AHU supplying fresh air to the office wing (3,500 m³/h at ~250 Pa). It ran at 1,500 RPM on an IE3 AC motor, consuming ~950 W. Noise measured ~56 dBA at occupant level, meeting our target of under 60 dBA. Over the first full cooling season, energy usage dropped by ~18% compared to the old backward-curved unit. Longwell’s build precision and delivery were excellent.

Our fireplace heating system required a durable AC cross flow fan that could handle high ambient temperatures. The 300mm model from Longwell has proven to be thermally stable up to 60°C, based on our endurance tests. Its airflow curtain is wide and stable, giving our flame distribution system better coverage. While the cable length needed some adjustment for our design, Longwell made this customization quickly. Great support from their technical team and consistent build quality across batches.
